Project Coordination

As part of our work effort HMC/CAH's Principals will assist in the selection of and coordination of the efforts of other project team members including: architects, construction managers, FHA mortgage bankers (if applicable), underwriters, and other needed personnel to complete the project.

HMC/CAH plays a key role in helping the hospital size their project in accordance with what is affordable and with the heath care needs of the hospital's service area. In addition, HMC/CAH will serve as a sounding board for all issues related to the design. In general, HMC/CAH is the owner's representative during the planning, development, financing and implementation stages.

Over twenty-five years of experience in planning, developing, financing and implementing major capital improvement projects has prepared HMC/CAH's principals to provide the knowledge necessary to move the hospital's project forward in a timely manner while avoiding the pitfalls along the way. There is no substitute for experience.
